Anhydrous Milk Fat (AMF)
PRODINVEST is an international dairy company operating since 1998 with a strong focus on Business to Business (B2B) operations. Essential part of supply volume is a split between the following products: butter, AMF, SMP, WMP/FCMP, MPC, whey powders, lactose, B2B cheese, feed and vitamin and mineral supplements for livestock.
Butter
Types: lactic and sweet cream butter (both types are available chilled and frozen)
Description: a yellow-to-white solid emulsion of 82% fat, obtained from 40% pasteurized cream by churning and draining it
Application: ice-cream, bakery, confectionary, production of other dairy products

Description: homogenous powder obtained by removing water from pasteurized milk
Application: production of ice-cream, bakery confectionary, other dairy products

Description: a concentrate of whey that is obtained by using ultra filtration and is concentrated further by evaporation followed by spray drying into a powder

Concentrate (MPC)

Description: a concentrated milk product that contains 40–90% milk protein. Milk protein concentrate is typically made from skim milk resulting in fat levels of less than 3%
